Milford (I-95 exits 34-40)

and cafés. Milford also benefits from a Metro-North train station, making it a

West Haven (I-95 exit 42-43)
West Haven is a diverse city with a mix of neighborhoods, a
strong sense of community, and a long stretch of publicly accessible beachfront
— the longest in Connecticut. The West Haven Boardwalk is a popular place for
walking, jogging, and enjoying seaside views. The city also offers parks,
playgrounds, and a growing number of local restaurants and cafés. It is home to
the University of New Haven and has a Metro-North station for convenient access
to New York City.
